St Philip & St James Church
Trio access was engaged by the PPC of St Philip & St James church for a restoration project on the tower, spire, north elevation, and main nave roof of the church. Water ingress problem were resolved on the nave roof and coping stones. The lucarnes windows on the spire were replaced with new oak frames. 70% of the main body of the tower was repointed with lime mortars via rope access methods.
Tom and his team at Trio Access have just completed a major renovation job for us at St Philip & St James Church Ilfracombe. Their quality of workmanship, skill, and knowledge of old church buildings along with a positive attitude, demonstrated their work ethic, honesty and integrity. They in fact became part of the family while they worked for us. We look forward to working with them again on our future restoration works.
